April 14, 2017 Update - "Due to the reduced threat of avian influenza, it is hereby ordered that the department’s order of March 15, 2017, prohibiting poultry exhibitions and the assembling of poultry to be sold in the State of Alabama is rescinded. Poultry exhibitions and events where poultry are assembled to be sold may return to their normal operating routines"
