Rare Opportunity! Custom made chicken tractor
This chicken coop/tractor was modeled after professionally-made coops that sell for over $6,500.00; I’m only asking $1500, which doesn’t even cover the cost of materials.

My daughter hatched 16 eggs and she raised all 16 from chics to about a year old in this tractor. She pulled it to a new spot every 3-4 days by herself. The young chics endured an especially harsh winter in this coop; when it got down to -20F outside, it stayed at a cozy 50F inside throughout the night.
The run is 12 ft. long x 6 ft. wide, the closed coop area is 6 ft. x 6 ft. x 5ft. tall. It is constructed of 100% pressure-treated lumber and it has 3 coats of exterior premium paint for many years of enjoyment.
It has a sheet vinyl flooring that comes up on all sides for very easy cleaning. It has 2 large doors in the front (with predator-proof wire-mesh windows), and a chicken door on the opposite side. It has 5 nesting boxes inside so the chickens can lay year-round, even in the coldest weather.
It has heaters and lights on separate switches. You can just run an extension cord up to the coop for power to the coop anywhere in the yard. We had the lights and heater on a timer, depending on the season.
The full sized car tires makes it easy to move around the yard, just turn the crank to raise or lower the coop when you’re ready to move it from one spot to another.
It has predator-proof vertical sliding door, and predator proof run door, with heavy duty hinges and latches.
It has a metal roof that can withstand 100MPH winds. With all doors and windows closed, the roosting area is airtight. We always left one front window open for air circulation, except in extremely cold weather, and they all happily made it to adulthood.
I have since built a 16ft. x 18ft. addition to the garage and let the chickens free range in the entire yard, so the tractor is no longer needed.
