Nov.23 - SPBA The Lowcountry Classic

by Kestlyn

This was also our first show. What a great opportunity to learn and it was a double show to boot! The show organizers were incredibly helpful in showing us where to go and answering our many questions!

I am amazed at how friendly competitors are at poultry shows. It is a wonderful community ready to teach and help in any way they can!

We followed the bath time and show time recommendations from here on Poultry Show Central and were shocked to find a special tag hanging on our little Barnevelder pullet's cage...she won Show Champion in the Junior Show! Even our Cream Legbar won Best of Breed...he was the only one lol!

We hope to attend again next March!
